This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354-B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2005 of 2021(3) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 regular bail, the Court below will consider and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the order of this Court.
