Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 948 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion . As a matter of fact, this is a case of suicide and there was no suicide note. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
