This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to the respondent(s) regarding recovery of the entire government money from respondent no. 7 who has got appointment on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate of BTC training and for direction to the respondent(s) and authority concerned, to consider the matter.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14112 of 2015(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the competent authority. In the event such representation is filed, the competent authority would dispose of the same by speaking order.
