In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 28 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the victim was married with the son of the petitioner and she was killed and they fled away from the house.

The inquest report itself indicates in what manner the victim lady was put to physical assault.

This Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
