Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the period prescribed in the aforesaid order dated 29.4.2019 and prays for grant of further three weeks' time to surrender. In view of the above, the time for surrender is extended by a further period of three weeks from today. With the aforementioned modification, this application stands disposed of.
