Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner. The same be kept on record.

From perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that the petitioner has already been declared proclaimed offender under Section 82(4) of the Cr.P.C. Hence the present application is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the present application filed in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 is dismissed as not maintainable.

If the petitioner surrenders in the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudice by this order.
