The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.03.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9224 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Tariyari P.S. Case No.192 of 2014, pending before the ACJM, Sheohar.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by four weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
