The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No. 342/2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 384, 387 and 504 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that Title Suit No. 104/1996 is pending between the parties before the court below and just in order to terrorize and put pressure upon the petitioners, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42409 of 2015 (2) dt.12-10-2015 2 / 2 informant, who is Mukhiya of the locality, has lodged an absolutely false case.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail.

Be that as it may, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 342/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
