Petitioners are close family members of the deceased who was done to death in the matrimonial home in a suspicious circumstance. They are facing accusation punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code vide Siwan Town (Sarai) P.S. Case No. 420 of 2016. Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail.

It is stated that the victim accidentally got burnt. She was hospitalized by the members of the in-laws. From the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears, the victim, in course of treatment, has also disclosed the names of petitioner nos. 1 to 3.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21081 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 From the body of the F.I.R., it appears that the allegation is also directed against petitioner no. 4.

Looking to the seriousness of the allegation and the other materials available on record, I am not inclined to grant the application. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
