2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioners along with 1015 unknown persons holding weapons came and started abusing. On protest, they assaulted informant's side with lathi, danda and iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Specific allegation is on petitioner no.1 to assault Raju Patel (informant's son) with lathi due to which his hand got fractured but doctor has found simple injury and allegation against petitioner no.2 is to assault Nitish Kumar (informant's son) by means of iron on his head but doctor has found simple injury. Allegation against other petitioners are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner nos.1,2,3 and 5 have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact the doctor has found simple injury, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in
