2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 giving rise to Special (NDPS) Case No. 05 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 21(b), 23(b), 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. 102 grams of Brown Sugar has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 13.10.2023.

4. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
