This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioner caused twice injury at the head of the informant with farsa. The doctor has found simple injury on the head of the informant. Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
