2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103, 61(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, FIR named accused persons and 4/5 unknown accused persons, under conspiracy, fired shots on informant's father as a result of which he sustained fire arms injury and died during treatment.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Kundan. Learned counsel submits that save and except confessional statement, there is no other direct or indirect

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Danapur in Danapur Police Station Case No. 1200/2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
