JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in S. K. Puri P. S. Case No. 133 of 2013 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 504, 498-A and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
