Patna High Court CWJC No.6356 of 2017 dt.27-07-2017 2/2 Date: 27-07-2017 The issue canvassed in this petition pertains to the scheme formulated by the Government of India for issuance of "Aadhaar Card" and various other appeals connected therewith. From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, we find that the issue in question is sub-judice before the Hon'ble Supreme Court as gets reflected from para 7 of the counter affidavit. That being so, we are not inclined to go into the matter when the issue in question is sub-judice before the Supreme Court. Accordingly, we disposed of the application.
