The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 374 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 and 386 of Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.5.2019 having clean antecedent.
It is alleged in the written report that four miscreants on the point of pistol took away car of the informant at lonely place and snatched Rs.12,000/- cash and from ATM Rs.20,000/-. During investigation it has come that car has been recovered from near Golambar. It is further alleged that seven
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42717 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 persons including petitioner were found sitting in the car. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S.
