JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondent Authorities to pay the J.P. Senani Samman Pension to the petitioner, however, the Respondent State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein in paragraph no. 13, it has been submitted that the same has already been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and a sum of Rs. 5,55,000 has also

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the Treasury Officer, Sichai Bhawan, Patna, has not paid the aforesaid amount to the petitioner, necessary directions be issued.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Treasury Officer, Sichai Bhawan, Patna to ensure payment of the aforesaid sum of Rs.5,55,000 to the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks from today, if not already paid, failing which he shall not draw his salary. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
