JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 283, 120B, 341, 323, 353, 431, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on 20.03.2015 some unknown miscreants committed theft in a shop situated in Raghopur market and while the informant being SHO, Raghopur P.S was investigating the case then accused persons put the burning tyre on the road and thereby paralyzed the traffic and obstructed the informant to perform his official duty. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41143 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
