2. By the argument made by counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that the petitioner belongs to Indian Army and his grievance is against the officials of the Indian Army. It transpires that the Army Tribunal has already functional and as such, the remedy is available to the petitioner only before the Army Tribunal.

3. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the Army Tribunal with regard to his grievance within a period
