1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent no.2 to issue order for joining of the petitioner on the representation of the petitioner filed before the respondent no.2 on 27.08.2019 because the petitioner has been selected for the post of Lady Health Worker (A.N.M.) by the Bihar Staff Selection Comission and the petitioner's name has been given at Serial No.809 and further for a direction to the Respondent No.2 to give posting to the petitioner at Aurangabad because seat is vacant

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director-in-Chief, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Director-inChief, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
