JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That by way of this writ application petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of appropriate writ/order /direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary for the period July 1993 to February 2009 which is due while working on the post of Peon in the erstwhile Bihar Research Society a

Patna High Court CWJC No.16651 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 wing of Patna Museum which was later on taken over by the State Govt. vide Gazette notification 2-3-2009 with all assets and liabilities, but arrears of salary has not been paid to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
