Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 328 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of last seen and the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2022.

Considering the aforesaid fact and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
