Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419, 420 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners misappropriated the Government fund. It is alleged that in spite of the direction of the B.D.O., Gogari petitioner did not transfer the amount in the account of Panchyat.

Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail, which would be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
