The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pheser P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is main accused in the instant case because he is the President of Paccs and allegation against this petitioner and others is that they have misappropriated to amount deposited by the farmers. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019. Considering the fact that other co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
