The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 507/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner allegedly caused injury at the head of Loknath Sharma with Khanti. The doctor has found cut injury on the scalp of Loknath Sharma.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.5 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20888 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 Saran at Chapra is refused.
