JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "(I) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus, and or any other writ/direction/order commanding the respondents to immediately pay a sum of Rs.3,55,730/- (Rupees Three Lakhs, fifty five thousand, seven hundred and thirty only) to the petitioner as the just mentioned sum was wrongly debited from the Saving Bank Account of the petitioner in the year 2019 towards payment of Income Tax by the College (Sabour College, Sabour, Bhagalpur) to the Income Tax Department.

(ii) For the issuance of any other writ/direction/order for the grant of all consequential reliefs in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The relief as prayed for the in the present writ petition can very well be considered by the OMBUDSMAN. The petitioner if, so desire, may approach the OMBUDSMAN.
