2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant's tractor was dashed with a tempo, due to which, the tempo driver falsely alleged that the informant has dashed his daughter. Thereafter, the tempo driver along with the villagers assaulted the informant and his son by means of iron rod. When police party arrived, the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted them also.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49410 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and considering the trivial nature of the case, all the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
