2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 32(2), 32(3), 36, 41(1), 42(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1010.60 liters foreign liquor was recovered from pick-up van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. His name transpired during course of investigation and he has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got four criminal
