At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has got no case in view of the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, as contained in Annexure-R/A to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if that be the matter, the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
