The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the accused persons including petitioner, variously armed came to the house of informant and started assaulting the informant and when other family members of the informant came to his rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.

No.45998 of 2022(2) dt.13-12-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner and specific allegation of assaulting the informant with iron rod is upon co-accused, Tulsi Das. There is inordinate delay of five days in lodging the F.I.R. it is further submitted that both parties are agnets and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
