JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 This case come under the heading 'to be mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the appellant stating that appellant has come for pre-arrest bail but in the order dated 29.6.2017 in 4th paragraph it has been mentioned that 'appellant in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 1367 of 2017 is in judicial custody since 17.11.2016'.

In view of above submission, the order dated 29.6.2017 is modified to the extent that the words 'appellant is in judicial custody since 17.11.2016' be correctly as 'appellant has come for pre-arrest bail.
