This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 376, 511, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7/11 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been held to be a juvenile.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
