Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to pay total withdraw amount, (Rs. 3,00,000/-) which is alleged to be withdrawn from the bank account of the informant, out of which, he has already paid Rs. 67,000/-.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner may take remedy and may file petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55788 of 2023(5) dt.07-02-2024 2/2 before concerned court for de-freezing his account so that he can return the amount to the informant.
