The petitioner seeks bail in (Lakhisarai) Surajgarha P.S. Case no. 118/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 21, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

500gm of ganja was recovered from the Gumati of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015. Small quantity of ganja was recovered and the petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai, Surajgarha P.S. Case no. 118/2015.
