The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Riga P.S.Case No. 319 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the specific allegation that the petitioner and others resorted to indiscriminate firing as a result of which the informant sustained three injuries, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.
