====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Agam Kuan P..S.Case No.465 of 2020 (G.R.No.2520/2020). As per the allegation, 20-30 persons came to the house of the informant. They assaulted him and began to flee away, but two accused persons Vijay Rai and Santosh Yadav were apprehended. The allegation against the present appellant Sunil Kumar Yadav is that he along with other accused persons fled away.

Moreover, a compromise has been entered into between the informant and the present appellant. Xerox copy of the compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure-2.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Patna City in connection with Agam Kuan P.S.Case No.465 of 2020 (G.R.No.2520 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
