The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 447, 341, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., allegation against petitioners is that on 20.12.2020 at about 3:30 PM, when the informant went to see his land, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, were also present on the land from before and it is alleged that petitioner no. 1 in drunken condition started abusing him and on protest, all of them started assaulting him with bricks and stones, as a result of which, the informant sustained injury on his hand. It is further alleged that when

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that present case is counter blast of Belaganj P.S. Case No. 380 of 2020. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties and a scuffle took place between them, in which, both sides sustained injury. Injuries sustained by the informant side are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S.
