2. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 22.06.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 21199 of 2022.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed on 17.07.2021 and out of nine chargesheeted witnesses, only one witness has already been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
