2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No.516 of 2024 arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 130(1), 61 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, The allegation against the petitioner is that they have killed the deceased.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was a notorious criminal and he has been killed in some other occurrence and the petitioner and others have been falsely implicated. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and

Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sintu Tanti has been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14579 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Additional Sessions JudgeII, Jamui/concerned Court below in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2024.
