JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that towards the compliance of the order dated 04.08.2022, the learned trial court has passed an order dated 05.09.2022 disposing of the matter regarding release of the vehicle of the petitioner.

It also appears from the record that a report has also been received from the learned trial court (Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai) in terms of the aforesaid order dated 04.08.2022 submitting an explanation and apprising this Court about disposal of the matter relating to release of the vehicle.

Having considered the matter, the explanation is accepted.
