2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 300 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from behind the house of this petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner is accused in four more cases of similar nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
