The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Arwal P.S. Case No.241 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the recovery was made from beneath the straw as well as from inside a heap of sand kept near open field of Suryakant Kumar. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date

Case No.241 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
