This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the first information report of Atri P. S. Case No. 151 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498-A, 494, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the first information report as contained in Annexure-1 to the present application, ingredients of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22089 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 a cognizable offence are clearly attracted.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
