JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-11-2022 Heard Mr. Upendra Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lahari P.S. Case No. 248 of 2022 dated 21.05.2022 instituted for the offences under Sections 420/467/471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having made attempts to encash money from the bank account of another but he did not succeed.

The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.05.2022.

Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46077 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 5th, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Lahari P.S. Case No. 248 of 2022.
