1. The writ petition is filed commanding the respondents not to hold up the SBI Account no.11123802460 of the petitioner at SBI Safiabad Branch, Branch Code no.-06610 District-Munger and to allow the petitioner to withdraw his pension, as the petitioner is a retired Govt. servant whose P.P.O.-No. 416510 is issued by Accountant General (A & E) Bihar Patna and his monthly pension comes in the said account.

2. During course of argument, it was submitted by the Learned counsel representing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12904 of 2018(6) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 Bank that the hold has been removed and the petitioner is entitled to withdraw the said amount.

3. Considering that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed of.
