The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatia (Kumarbagh) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2020 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
