The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 766 of 2021, dated 11.11.2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A theft was committed in the house of the brother-in-law of the informant. One of the miscreants, namely, Ramrup Yadav was arrested, who disclosed the name of his accomplices which included the name of the petitioner also.

The petitioner was earlier made accused in a case of Arms Act, but in that case, he is on bail. There has been no recovery from the petitioner and he is in custody since 14.03.2022.

The person who was arrested on the spot has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 766 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
