After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police did not arrest the petitioner and asked the petitioner to appear in court after executing the bond, but the petitioner apprehends his arrest.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition. Prayer is allowed. Anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
