In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. case No. 173 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 49, 50D, 51, 52, 54 & 57 of the Bihar Amended Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has a criminal antecedent of similar offence.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
