This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 238 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324, 379, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have given knife blow upon the injured on a trivial dispute.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
